At Bicycle Collective, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused parts, accessories, and apparel. Please note that bicycles and custom builds are subject to a specialized inspection process before a refund can be finalized.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
