Do your bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. Basic tools and a step-by-step guide are included in every box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are not eligible for a full refund due to safety and wear concerns.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all our bicycle frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Can I track my shipment once it has left the warehouse?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
